Hilde joined ITCA in 2025 as career technical education coordinator, where he quickly expanded the school’s program offerings. He co-founded Trosky EdTech and Trosky Ranch, ventures that reflect his commitment to business innovation and education. Earlier in his career, he served as a business education teacher and department chair in the West Ada School District, holding teaching licenses in both Idaho and Oregon.
Hilde’s athletic background dates to 1994, when he played quarterback for Boise State’s Division 1-AA championship team, part of the program’s foundation-building years before the university’s rise to national prominence.
