Kootenai County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 44-year-old Kenneth Mott after investigating suspected vehicle burglaries throughout Hayden, Idaho. Mott was booked into the county jail Sunday.
Hayden Car Burglary Investigation
The investigation began after a person on N. Sunview Lane reported someone breaking into a neighbor’s car. Deputies later stopped a vehicle matching the description of the suspect vehicle.
During the traffic stop, deputies saw several items they believed had been stolen. Mott admitted breaking into multiple vehicles and taking property, according to the facts provided. He also pointed out several vehicles he had broken into.
