Two name-change petitions are scheduled for hearings in Kootenai County District Court, while estate notices published in Idaho outline deadlines for creditors to file claims.
Kootenai County Name-Change Hearings
A hearing on Kyrsten E. Potter’s petition to change the name of Krysten E. Potter to Elizabeth Eileen Hulbert is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Nov. 23 at the Kootenai County Courthouse. The petition states that Eileen is a family name and that Hulbert is her husband’s surname.
A separate hearing on Kenneth Daniel Robinson’s petition to change his name to Daniel Robinson is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Nov. 9 at the courthouse. The petition states that sharing a name with his father causes confusion.
Objections to either petition may be filed by a person who can show the court a sufficient reason against the requested change.
