A 43-year-old Oldtown man died early Saturday morning after the all-terrain vehicle he was riding left the roadway and entered a wooded area along That A Way Road near Spirit Lake, Idaho.
The crash occurred at approximately 12:05 a.m. on June 6, 2026. The man was operating a 2007 Kawasaki ATV when the vehicle veered off the road. He was ejected from the ATV and was pronounced dead at the scene. His name had not been publicly released as of Saturday.
Idaho State Police and the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office both responded to the scene. The crash remained under investigation Saturday, and officials had not yet released details about contributing factors.
