Job Fair at Coeur d’Alene Library Brings Together Local Employers Across Multiple Industries

Kootenai County job seekers will have an opportunity to meet with several area employers face-to-face when the Idaho Department of Labor hosts a hiring event at the Coeur d’Alene Public Library, 702 E. Front Ave., on Wednesday, June 10, from noon to 3 p.m.

Who’s Hiring

A broad range of employers from across the Coeur d’Alene area are scheduled to participate, including Coeur d’Alene Public Schools, Kootenai County, North Idaho College Workforce Training, Republic Services, North Idaho Dental Personnel, The Post Falls Veterans Home, and Environmental Control, among others.

Open positions span a variety of fields. Employers are seeking caregivers, mentors, deputy sheriffs, park rangers, therapists, nursing assistants, and Commercial Driver’s License holders, among other roles.

On-Site Job-Seeking Support

Equus Workforce Solutions will also be on hand at the event to offer job seekers direct assistance. Attendees can receive help with resume preparation and interview skills at no cost during the event.

What Comes Next

The June 10 hiring event is open to Coeur d’Alene and Kootenai County residents. Those looking for work in North Idaho are encouraged to attend during any part of the three-hour window.
